Information is given on massage parlours in Ghana, together with houses of ill repute, hot night clubs and the like. Ladies (inexpensive) fees are emphasized in addition to descriptions of services given. Often in "plain" language. The location of many of the establishments visited (various contributors) are sometimes included. (useful) One contributor advises expensive sex for a nice time. (get what you pay for) Others draw attention to just how cheap sex can be. Not to spoil it for everybody by paying over the top is also advised. (Hmm, come on, play the game, if the same lady was in certain areas of the U.S. what would you expect to pay then?) One observation; the "part time hooker" is usually less aggressive than her professional counterpart. (might also be less experienced) Visibility, high on Google. ... A very instructive site. Ghana only (female escorts based in Ghana) A request to advertise your services on that web site apparently must be made by email and a "model release form" also supplied by email, must be completed. One to one personal contact (sorry about the pun) is encouraged. Scams relevant to escorts
It is an understandable fact, not all Ghanaian escorts are in the profession by choice, but of necessity. - Shear desperation for the illusive $ can alienate the more reserved (often foreign business man) who does not like to be hassled. Although I believe more prevalent in Nigeria, unduly pressuring a client for more & more money (scamming) like, being in a hurry, can affect the escort's desirability (put a guy off) and may result in no returns. Good regulars are always to be encouraged and safer sex with no comebacks helps ensure the responsible client will return. Gentle persuasion is often more than enough to earn a few extra dollars.
Never underestimate the fact, most travelers to Ghana are aware of its reputation for scams; they are not usually naive or stupid. They may be from a country that is as different to the laid back lifestyle of Ghana, as chalk is to cheese. Some may even try to take advantage of that fact! (that is not to imply that their homeland is better than Ghana either) As such there is a tendency for potential foreign clients to be cautious about a web based Ghanaian escort's advertisement. The potential client, (especially if you are aiming your services at the tourist, businessman etc) often needs to feel a degree of trust in the advertiser before he will arrange a meeting. (unless especially randy) On occasions arrangements may need to be made before he is even in Ghana. Questions may be asked especially with regard to whether pictures displayed are genuine. (save yourself hassle, use good quality real pics of yourself even if cut, or else you will likely be asked for more pics.) It's up to the escort's discretion just how much "hassle" she is prepared to put up with before she decides whether the client is genuine, or a time waster. If considered genuine, the escort can only benefit from being known as reliable too. i.e. 10pm means 10pm, not 11.30pm! Another word to the wise, don't sell yourself short. You are special.

There are many web sites that specialise in exposing "Ghana Dating Scams," far too many to link to from this site. Just typing in "Ghana Dating Scams" on Google will give you an idea of the number of alleged (Ghana based) scammers together with their pics and comments (often in plain English) made by the victims. One site has 177 pages of scammers that I know of in addition to many scammers pics. However, despite the weight of evidence that might lead one to conclude that all Ghanaian ladies looking for a relationship are scammers, this is not necessarily the case. Remember also, the asking for money is an acceptable part of the Ghanaian culture. Unlike some countries, it is often considered the normal thing to do and does not necessarily mean there are insidious motives.
For the guy who may be in or considering a potential relationship with a Ghanaian lady via the web. The test. If she really fancies you and is not a scammer, she will still try to keep in contact with you even if no money is forthcoming. She may not even have her own computer and be dependent on an expensive internet cafe's computer.

The web site and it's pages contain first rate material but the layout really needs improving to do justice to the content. The Home page explains the meaning of grace in great depth with special reference to prostitutes. Some comments class the statements made as rubbish, others wonder whether the author has ever been to Accra.
